The 3rd Edition of National Customers’ Choice Awards Ghana, organised by KN Unique Communications, is an event organised to solely recognise business excellence by conducting a comprehensive, objective and accurate independent market research survey to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism and integrity.
It is a true reflection of the marketplace as it represents the views of consumers and buyers across the nation. This award recognises the brand that consistently delivers a high level of service to its customers.
Each year, the KN Unique Communications, in partnership with Zeliatte Media and independent research company Strategic Accountancy Africa, recognises the best companies for their earnest efforts in business excellence and keeping the customer’s best interests in mind.
The exciting selection process and the announcement of finalists culminates in the National Customers’ Choice Awards Ghana Dinner, a gala evening convening hundreds of the industry’s brightest luminaries to network, toast the winners, and celebrate the best companies voted by consumers.
The awards honour companies and individuals who go that extra mile for their customers, and also make sure they get the recognition they so greatly deserve. The NCCAG is passionate about identifying and promoting businesses that exemplify excellent customer service, integrity and professionalism.
Forty three top companies and individuals across various sectors and industries in Ghana were recognised.
The awards recognises the industry’s merits, and set a benchmark for excellence while rewarding innovative ideas that have pushed the boundaries of what is possible. The awards also recognises nurturing business excellence through customer service reviews and recommendations for the benefit of local enterprises and the customers they serve.
