Time with HR show, now streaming on Showmax presents the opportunity for viewers to learn from the stories and experiences of others who have made headways in their respective careers.

With many years of experience, these guests share their entrepreneurial skills, life lessons and tips that have shaped their careers, success stories, failures and regrets so as to encourage and empower viewers on the path to developing their careers.

Time with HR is a brand-new 13-part talk show on which human resource director Yasmin Boama interviews high-profile personalities from different industries in the country on career development, sustainability and progression.

Time with HR with Yasmin Boama aims to provide the audience with insightful and revealing business knowledge best needed in today’s revolutionary business phase.

The first episode saw renowned actor, Adjetey Anang sharing insight on career longevity using his exemplary acting journey. He also shed light on how to build a career legacy. Mr. Anang on the show stressed the need for individuals to always give out their best in tackling any task.

“Every role for me is A, and I need to really bring out my best. That’s not to say that I’ve always brought my best game to every production. There are productions that I might take part in and I feel like I could have done way better.”

The Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Agyapong, also shares his journey on how he started as a hawker and went on to build an empire, the challenges he has faced along the way, his ultimate regret and career tips.

Offering more business insight is former CEO of Jumia Ghana, Diana Owusu-Kyereko, who spoke about maximising business growth and accelerating one’s career, and Selorm Adadevoh, CEO of MTN Ghana, provided a guide on how to ascend the career ladder.

Subsequent episodes will see singer-songwriter Adina Thembi speak about working with various talents and staying relevant in the music industry while Anita Erskine will highlight how a person can define their self-worth and how one can be intentional about their ambitions.

Also, Inna Patty, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and organizer of Miss Ghana Beauty Pageant shares insight on entrepreneurship and how to persevere in the face of strong adversity. Ameyaw Debrah shares in-depth knowledge on creating an online presence, monitoring representation and online brand management, and Kweku Bediako, CEO of Chocolate Clothing will provide insight on career actualisation and expansion, hiring, delegating and putting structures in a company.

Episode seven to episode thirteen will see Sacha Okoh, brand owner of SO Aesthetics throw light on international brand management. How a young entrepreneur can associate his/her brand with international companies and excel.

Diana Owusu-Kyereko, former CEO of Jumia Ghana will be seen sharing discovery on how one can maximise their business growth and accelerate their career. And, Ida Yeboah opened up on returning back to Africa from Europe to advance her career. Her observations on the work differences and similarities between the two.
