Theresa Oparebea Ayoade is a pioneering Ghanaian creative industry entrepreneur and Co-Founder/CEO of Charterhouse Productions Ltd, one of Africa’s leading creative agencies.

With close to 30 years of industry leadership, she has developed creative talent and transformed Ghana’s entertainment and events landscape, producing over 5,000 top-tier experiences including the Ghana Music Awards, Miss Malaika, Comedy specials, international conferences, exhibitions, festivals, audio-visual content and major global brand activations.

She co-founded Events Resources Africa Ltd, which specialises in events logistics and venues such as The Grand Arena and The Palms Convention Center, and leads creative industry advocacy through the Events & Meetings Professionals Association of Ghana (EMPAG) and the Charterhouse Creative Africa Foundation.

Theresa holds executive education credentials from Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. She serves on key national boards, and is a passionate champion for women, youth, and Africa’s creative economy.
