Old Mutual Ghana, a leader in Insurance and a celebrated employer of choice, has once again demonstrated its commitment to celebrating and rewarding employees who have excelled in their various roles as sales representatives of the business.  The award ceremony took place at the plush Tang Palace Hotel in Accra.

The Annual Sales Gala saw employees from the Life and Pensions business winning various cash prizes for various categories. Deserving financial advisors, sales managers and client relationship managers were awarded for their efforts in achieving objectives of the business in 2021.

We are passionate about every single individual who works within the business, and constantly dedicate time every year to celebrate those who have shown exceptional results in the performance of their task. A big congratulations to all award-winners! Let us all be motivated by this and aspire to achieve greater results in 2022,” said Tavona Biza, Group CEO of Old Mutual Ghana.

A total of forty-three (43) employees were awarded with cash prizes, with some winning an all-expenses paid trip to Durban in South Africa.

Best Performing Financial Advisor – Samuel Ofori Debrah and Samuel Tabiri (Bancassurance)

Best Corporate Client Relationship Manager – Sarah Dwommoh

Best Bancassurance Client Relationship manager – Helen Lynn Mogyabie

Best Relationship Manager (Pensions) – Jojo Akorli

Award-winners expressed their profound gratitude to the organisation for the support and opportunity given them to be exceptional in the field of sales.
