Zeepay announced the appointment of Belinda Boatemaa Larbi, an experienced human resources professional, to the position of Human Resource Specialist.
Ms. Larbi joins Zeepay from Surfline Communications Limited after having worked for four years in the role of HR Generalist. She comes on board Zeepay with insight, skills and strength in people management, organisational development, employee upskill development and executive level management.

Belinda is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana, and holds a Master’s degree in International Management (MIM) from ‘Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Poitiers (IEA)’ University of Poitiers, France. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Ghana’s premier university, theUniversity of Ghana, Legon. She is bilingual with a diploma in French from the University of Nantes, France.
Belinda says: “I am excited about the opportunity to develop the future talent pool of a wholly-Ghanaian fintech with operations all over Africa. Our work will have a global impact, and the staff will be adequately prepared to face all challenges as we expand our operations into other parts of the world”.
Belinda, in her former job, improved managerial performance through benchmarking and employee feedback collection and analysis for over a hundred and fifty staff. She worked to improve the morale of employees and foster effective communication between management and staff. More recently, she effectively and successfully coordinated their remote work policy to steer the company through the challenges of working during the coronavirus pandemic.
Her new role at Zeepay will require her to assist executive consolidation and implement current HR programmes in the onboarding of new staff. She will be responsible for the Zeepay 360-degree Talent Development Programme and also formation of a group/regional direction for Zeepay, UK.
