Yaa Amoako Adu, Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Logistics Company, has been awarded by African Leadership Magazine for leading with excellence in the oil and gas industry in Africa.

Her exceptional leadership in a male dominated industry and paving way for other women to aspire to greater heights caught the attention of the award organizers.

If you are talking about technicality, we as Ghanaians are still in the learning process and have not reached far; whatever we are doing now or whatever we even tell people to do, there are higher technical processes that are coming again,” she added.

She stressed that as part of helping to bridge the educational gap, Integrity Logistics and its partner, Apave International have established a training institute at the company’s premises to handle technical training courses for Ghanaians and Africa at large. “As part of the local content policy, our company employ locals who undertakes all our activities,” she added.
