Republic Bank staff donate to the less privileged

Staff members of Republic Bank Ghana Limited have donated various items to support a number of orphanage homes across the country. The donations were made through voluntary contributions by the staff as part of the bank’s Power-to-Make-a-Difference (PMAD) and Staff Volunteering initiatives.

Remar Tema Children’s Home – Republic Tema Branch

Staff of the Republic Tema Branch visited the Remar Tema Children’s home located at Tema and donated assorted items, including a cash amount of GH¢5,000 to the orphans. The delegation of staff was led by the Zonal Manager in charge of Tema Zone, Mr. Daniel Obeng, and the Branch Manager of the Tema Branch, Mr. Fred Atsiku.

Egyam Children’s Home – Takoradi Branch

Staff from the Takoradi Branch of Republic Bank visited Egyam Children’s Home of Takoradi and donated a 1000-litre Water Storage tank to the orphanage. The delegation was led by the Takoradi Branch Manager, Forster Ahiadu.

Donation to Weija Leprosarium – Administration Department

For a second successive year, the staff of the Administration Department of Republic Bank visited residents of the Weija Leprosarium to donate various medical supplies and cash. The delegation was led by the Head of the Administration Department, Mr. Alfred Noonoo. Managers of the Leprosarium expressed their gratitude to the team from Republic Bank.
