SoccaBet awards third car in Massive Promo

SoccaBet Company Limited, one of the leading betting companies in Ghana, has held its third raffle to award another car in the Massive Promo to the lucky winner last Saturday at the Circle retail centre.

Sulley1990, pseudo name of the winner, a resident of Tamale in the Northern Region, beat competition from four others in the raffle to grab the third of 10 Renault KWID cars to be awarded in the promotion.

The five were selected in a random spine of about thousand potential winners, after which the wheel of fortune mechanism was also applied to select the ultimate winner. This activity was supervised by the gaming commission to ensure fairness.

The four other finalist in descending order were: Ribmasa, Pack79, DavidoAsante and Dapaper247.

Ribmasa was awarded a GHC₵300 shopping voucher, Pack79 was also awarded a GH₵150 shopping voucher, as well as DavidoAsante and Dapaper247, who both earned GH₵100 and GH₵50 vouchers, respectively.

Sulley1990, now joins Dekoko and Yankey100, as the three lucky winners of the Renault KWID, in the Massive Promo, with seven more lucky names to add up.

The highly attended event, also saw some customers of the branch walked away with about ten Kispta balls in a mini general knowledge quiz competition.

The Regional Manager, SoccaBet, Emma Asumda, explained that SoccaBet believes in empowering the youth of Ghana and drawing their customers closer to them which motivated the introduction of the ‘Massive Promo.’

“From now until December 2019, Ghanaians over the age 18 can join the promo by betting about GH₵20 or more. This will automatically qualify the person to be eligible for the raffle.

“Aside winning cash, players stand a chance of winning a car every month from now till December and many other prizes as well,” she said.

Patrick Kwakye of Gaming Commission (GC), who supervised the raffle activity, indicated that the NLA, is interested in promoting responsible gaming and as such provides an enviable corporate platform that encourages creativity, innovation and best management practices.

He therefore assured participants that all the 10 draws would be fair and the lucky persons would be giving the deserving prizes without any bias.

The Media Relations Representative of SoccaBet, Samuel Zigah, showed satisfactory with the turnout of customers at the draw event and further encouraged the public not to miss out on the bandwagon effect of the promo so to benefit from the goodies.
