Eazzysocial, in partnership with Hopin Academy, has unveilled a plan that seeks to bridge the digital skills gap among those living within Tamale, the Northern Regional capital, and its environs.
From forecasts, the use of digital technologies could add US$1.36trillion to global economic output by 2020. To achieve this, organisations (big and small) have to embrace digital technologies and techniques in order to compete in the global economy.
Fauster Kofie Agble, Senior Vice-President in Charge of Social Media Education, noted that despite the fact businesses have become aware of the need to leverage on digital technologies (social media included) to boost business growth, they face the challenge in finding professionals with the right digital know-how to meet the growing demand for relevant digital marketing skills across industries.
“It is in light of the aforementioned problem faced by organisations in the use of social media to increase growth that Eazzysocial – Ghana’s leading social media education company – and Hopin Academy, a business incubation and acceleration hub, launches the Eazzysocial Social Media Marketing Crash Course for business professionals in Tamale and its environs,” he said.
The Social Media Crash Course has been categorised into eight modules designed to help participants master the core areas they need to become professional social media managers.
In addition, participants will be equipped with the necessary skills to help them overcome the difficulty in designing a social media strategic plan with an eazzysocial free social media strategic workbook.
The course is scheduled to take place 15th – 16th June 2019 at the 2nd-floor of Yamusah Building, Waterworks Road, Gumbihini, Tamale, Northern Region.
