France defeated Croatia 4:2 in last Sunday’s final to win their second World Cup trophy, which brought the curtains down on a very scintillating tournament.

Luka Modric won the Best Player, Kylian Mbappewas awarded the Best Young Player while Thibaut Courtois, of Belgium, won Best Goalkeeper for their outstanding individual performances.
