Loretta Efua Agyemang, CEO, Loret Kids and Teens

Touching on how the idea of a ‘Kids and Teens’ modelling agency begun, CEO of Loret Kids and Teens, MissLoretta Efua Agyemang, said: “I am a model but most agencies I have modeled for always asked us to come with our younger siblings anytime they needed kids to participate. So, I realised there is no modelling agency that is solely for ‘Kids and Teens’. It’s mostly a modelling agency for adults but this is not the same outside of Ghana. This therefore drove me to start a modelling and talents management agency dedicated for kids and teens only”.

Miss Agyemang said the idea was therefore birthed, in August, 2016 to be the best modelling and talents agency for kids and teens to help them unleash their hidden talents.

She added that the mission of the agency is to provide the platform for ‘Kids and Teens’ to discover their talents, help harness these talents and groom them to build their confidence through modelling.

The CEO said professionalism, discipline, respect, integrity, excellence, commitment is the hallmark of the agency and their focus dwells on runway modelling, photo modelling, commercials and talent management.

According to Miss Loretta Agyemang, the rationale behind the Mmofra Fashion Show is to also build confidence in ‘Kids and Teens’, to uplift the right spirit of dressing and branding in today’s people, to promote innovativeness, decency and skill among fashion designers and models.

“We also want to create a massive marketing platform to our sponsors’ benefit as well as support an orphanage of choice as a complementary purpose”, she added.

Some projects executed by the Loret Kids and Teens Modelling Agency include photo shoots, participation in Fashion Friday fashion shows, radio Interviews, road trips and commercials.

Touching on security and sponsorships for the Mmofra Fashion Show, Miss Agyemang noted that there will be high level security assured adding that sponsorship has been good so far, but could be better if more sponsors came on board.

“We’ve had sponsorships from brands like YFM and HITZ Fm however, our doors are still opened for sponsorships. It can make the event even better. While vendors mount their stands outside of the auditorium, sponsors will also have an opportunity of mounting stands for display of their products as part of the sponsorship package deals. There is a vast car park for sponsors, guests and everyone to park and therefore parking will not be an issue at all”, she added.
