CFAO unveils Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

The sole authorised dealer for Mitsubishi vehicles in the country, CFAO Ghana Limited, has introduced the all-new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SUV onto the market.

The vehicle has been well-designed to offer reliability and comfort to users, with special features and standards that meet the demands of local terrain.

The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross comes with seven airbags—front, side, curtain and even driver-knee airbag, ABS, an active stability programme, hill-start assist, front and rear parking assistance, Isofix anchor for baby seats, and the very innovative heads-up display that allows the driver to check speed while maintaining focus and attention on the road.

Users of the vehicle enjoy the convenience of latest technology such as Bluetooth with voice control system, touch-screen, rearview camera, keyless operating system, electric parking brake with auto hold function, and automatic headlamps and wipers.

The Eclipse Cross is now available in 2WD and 4WD with the Super All Wheel Control (S-AWC), which automatically controls the four wheels of the vehicle, depending on the driving conditions, for optimised comfort and safety.

Newly-appointed Managing Director-CFAO Ghana Ltd., Paulo Fernandes, speaking to journalists after the launch in Accra said the objective of CFAO Group is to introduce a vehicle that goes beyond offering reliability and comfort.

He said: “The world is changing very quickly, with the automotive sector being a part of it – and CFAO Ghana must be an actor in this change.

“Our first and only ambition is to satisfy our customers, that is why we accompany our clients throughout the life of the product they buy and the experiences that come with it.”

He added: “For us, being a leader means being in the heart of our customers, because we want to gain their loyalty.

“We need to constantly innovate so we can succeed in making the difference, because our customers always want more and better; CFAO Ghana wants to do more for them.”

CFAO Ghana’s Sales and Marketing General Manager, Augustin d’Yvoire, in his remarks indicated that the latest Mitsubishi SUV is powered with a very performant, efficient and reliable 2.0l petrol engine that comes with an automatic CVT gearbox.

He said the vehicle has been introduced onto the market to meet the expectations, needs and desires of its cherished clients.

“Customer satisfaction begins with one statement: Knowing the customer’s needs in order to offer the best service with strong commitments,” he said.

Mr. d’Yvoire said in order for the company to learn more about customers’ needs and expectations, CFAO Ghana will soon launch a wide survey for both existing customers, prospects and its internal staff.

“Actually, it’s important that we establish what customers expect from CFAO Ghana, and what their desires and needs are,” he noted.
