Nominations open for Forty Under 40 awards

Nominations for the 2021 edition of the annual Forty Under 40 awards has opened.

The organisers of the Awards, Xodus Communications Limited, believes that in putting the spotlight on these young achievers, it will not only celebrate them but also build a strong platform for them by giving a voice and opportunities to the next generation of industry pacesetters whiles building a positive attitude in our youth to strive for excellence at a tender age.

According to the Events Director, Richard Abbey Jnr, nominations are now open till August 13, 2021. The 5thedition of the Awards is slated for October 8, 2021, at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel.

The awards scheme is guided by a criteria glossary and nomination guidelines is supervised by an eminent awarding board comprising Professor David Atta Peters, Professor Essilfie Conduah, Dr. Ato Conduah and Dr. Ken Kwaku.

“Our awarding board is seeking outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in the public, private and non-profit sectors and will recognise attributes such as achievements in business, experience and innovation, vision, leadership and community involvement. We aim to recognise and celebrate 40 emerging leaders under the age 40 who demonstrate or impact personally/professionally through exceptional leadership,” Mr. Abbey Jnr., said.

Categories cover a wide range various sectors and industries, ranging from banking and finance, energy and renewable resources, family business, music and entertainment, community development, architecture, theatre and arts, journalism, fashion, law, sports, event management, health, technology and innovation, agriculture and agro processing, hospitality, health and wellness and more

The awards scheme has become the benchmark for many young leaders in the past five years. Most winners and nominees have risen the ranks as result of the endorsement of their achievement by this rigorous and credible awarding scheme.

The Forty under 40 Awards seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of 40 from a wide range of industries, who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen through the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age.
