New clothing line “Mehudzi” launched
One of Ghana’s finest clothing line “Mehudzi Clothing” has been launched in Accra.
The clothing line produces casual and formal wear; specialising in Modern Print Clothing, accessories and African craft.
It will be producing for the working and middle class for both Male and Female, while is made from quality fabrics for both formal and casual events.
“Mehudzi” seeks to take advantage of growing opportunities in the African clothing and garments industry to empower, educate, and inspire youth.
Penetrating the Ghanaian market with the female collection with brand names like Serwaa, Molly and Inkiruka which are classic yet modern, and minimalist in style.
Speaking to thebftonline.com the lady behind “Mehudzi,” a lady with good taste for fashion and one of the best designers Nana Ama Eson-Mensah said the “Mehudzi” brand had come to produces quality fabric clothing to meet demands of the public wanting African but modern outfits for various occasions.
She added that, one of the aims of the brand was to also provide affordable clothing of a certain quality for the working public especially the ladies whose companies sometimes demand that they go to work in smart casual wear.
Though the “Mehudzi” brand has been launched with the female line, the Chief Executive Officer, Nana Ama Eson-Mensah, added that the Male line will also be launched soon.
“Mehudzi” is a fantse word which reflects “a visual experience” captured from real life insights culture and style expressed as a complete art.
The “Mehudzi” first outlet can be located at Osu Ako Adjei park, near the Methodist Church.
