Action Chapel International launches 40/Sixty
Action Chapel International has launched an 8-month commemoration of its past and celebration of the present and future from 12th May 2017 to 3rd December 2017, dubbed 40/Sixty.
As the church celebrates its 40th anniversary and the 60th birthday of the Founder, Pioneer, and Patriarch Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, 40/Sixty, will be celebrated under the theme, “Ebenezer…thus far the Lord has helped us” taken from 1st Samuel 7:12.
The church is urging all churches and friends throughout the world to partake in this milestone in the ministry’s history.
“We have planned a series of exciting programmes and activities, with seasoned men and women of God, to highlight the significance of this anniversary and birthday, and to draw inspiration from the lessons learned as we build, with grace, the legacy God has promised ACI,” a statement added.
“Ebenezer” represents a memorial of Israel’s divine victory over the Philistines. Similarly, ACI will dedicate 40/Sixty to build yet another memorial to God—The Global Prayer Command Center on the hills of Berekuso Ghana.
God gave Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams the vision to build “The Global Prayer Command Center” as an altar of intercession and prayer for the nations of the world and a place for Christians to renew their strength and spirits and rejuvenate their bodies through the power of strategic prayers and His abiding presence.
