Glo enhances network experience with four new products
Glo Mobile Ghana has unveiled four new products as it seeks to offer value for money and enhanced telecoms experience to its subscribers.
The products include the “Glo Aye de keke” which gives Glo subscribers four-times of whatever amount they recharge between GH¢1.50p and GH¢27. The bonus credit could be used for voice calls, texting and browsing.
Another product is the “Welcome Back” offer, which allows dormant subscribers, who have not been active within a month, more freebies on voice and data as a welcome treat.
There is also the “E-Top UP 15% Recharge Bonus,” which gives a guaranteed 15 percent bonus on any recharged amount for using any of the network’s electronic platforms.
A one-stop telecommunications solution app called “Glo Café” has also been introduced to empower consumers to have access to all products and services, including managing their accounts, buying and sharing data and credit as well as real time enquiries.
Head of Business at Glo Mobile Ghana Limited, Rowland Odolorkor, told journalists in Accra that the new additions are in line with the company’s quest to constantly innovate to better serve its cherished customers.
“These four products are loaded with benefits for our valued customers and signal the firm commitment of management to grow the business in the country.
The products were painstakingly designed to cater for the communications need of the average telecom consumer in a way that ensures more value for them.”
Mr. Odolorkor indicated that Glo Mobile is more committed than ever before to providing best value for money by making its products and services accessible to its current and prospective subscribers.
