Vote For Me (From The Achieves )

I’m running for President. Don’t laugh. (Why do you think I resigned from the BBC?)  I’m serious!

If he, and he and he and he too, and even he and also that one dare to imagine themselves as President, why can’t I?

So I’m running for President.

For me, the Presidency is not an ambition. It’s a mission. I don’t wish for a crown. I wish to serve. The Presidency isn’t a prize; it’s a not a trophy. It’s work; its’ service. Service at its highest.

I want to work with the Presidency. I want this wheel so that I can turn this nation around in the direction and at the speed I believe it ought to be moving.

And so I’m running for President.

I’ll create jobs and open up vast opportunities for our men and women throughout this beautiful land. I’ll make it edifying again for our teachers to teach, and for our workers to work, and for our doctors to heal, and for our farmers to plant and to harvest, and for our policemen and women and our soldiers to shield and protect us. That’s why I’m running for President.

I’m running for President to secure truly free education for our children --- and quality education too --- education that equips our youths to think and solve problems; education to dispel darkness and superstition and ignorance; education to build the foundations for a great, renewed and enlightened nation --- a nation where peace and security, science and learning, refined architecture and cutting edge technology are part of our lived experiences, rather than one to be viewed by a few on National Geographic. That’s why I’m running for President!

I’m running for President to strengthen the employer alongside the employee; for, we cannot empower the wage earner by disembowelling the wage payer.

This is a great nation. This is an endowed nation--- a nation awash with resources and good people, and brimming with life that’s just waiting to be fetched and lived.

Ours is that nation at the centre of the earth; the nation that glows and shimmers in the sun like no other. Ours is a nation embroidered with rainbows.

But potential isn’t enough. Potential is nothing unless it’s energised.

A pride of lions is reduced to toothlessness if led by a sheep!

It will be defeated by a herd of woolly sheep led by a lion.

It’s about leadership, my friends! Leadership!

That’s why I am your Man.

I’ve got a Mission. Your Mission

This is our Moment.

Let us dare to dream again!

I’m running because of You.

I’m running for You.

I, too, am running for President.
